Description
The Dishwasher reports to the Head Butcher and is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and food-storage receptacles; restocking kitchen equipment; maintaining dish machines, sinks, floors, hoods, ovens, and stoves; removing trash and recycling; and supporting other kitchen areas. The role requires kitchen and farm-to-fork experience, strong organization and communication, the ability to work in a high-stress environment, and a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position pays $16-$19 per hour with quarterly bonuses.
