Ember & Oak is hiring a Dishwasher for its new chef-driven restaurant and event space in Parsons, Kansas. The role operates a commercial dishwasher, washes and sanitizes dishes and kitchen equipment, keeps the dish station organized, assists with basic prep, maintains back-of-house cleanliness, and follows food safety standards. The position is physically demanding, requires extended standing and lifting up to 40 pounds, and requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability. Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience, food safety knowledge, and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment are preferred.
