The Kitchen Dishwasher maintains a clean and organized kitchen and back-of-house area, assists with food preparation, loads and unloads dishwashing machines, washes items by hand, stores clean dishes and equipment, ensures adequate supplies during peak hours, and reports machine issues. The role requires an efficient personality and the ability to manage multiple projects and high-priority needs.
