Description
The Dishwasher maintains the cleanliness and hygiene of a hotel restaurant’s kitchen and dining areas by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment; sanitizing items according to health and food-safety standards; cleaning workspaces; supporting kitchen operations during busy service; and maintaining supplies and equipment. The role requires a foodservice background, 1–2 years of experience in a hotel, country club, or fine-dining environment, flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and all food employees must obtain a valid Food Handler Certification within 60 days of hire.
