Description
The Dishwasher maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and manual methods. The role also includes storing clean items, removing trash and food waste, maintaining the dishwashing station, assisting with food preparation and kitchen organization, following health and safety regulations, and reporting equipment maintenance needs. The position requires successful completion of a restaurant training course, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds; previous similar experience is a plus.
