Description
The Dishwasher maintains cleanliness and sanitation of cutlery, glassware, food machines, and the dishwashing station. Responsibilities include organizing and cleaning dirty dishes and utensils, emptying the dishwasher hourly, removing trash and garbage, and preparing mats for floor cleaning. The role requires standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 60 pounds, multitasking in a high-volume restaurant, and working in hot, wet, humid, and loud conditions.
