Description
The Steward Supervisor leads and mentors a 24-hour stewarding team across multiple kitchens and event spaces at Fairmont Banff Springs. The role oversees kitchen and event setups, hygiene, sanitation, equipment functionality, inventory, safety audits, scheduling, and operational reporting, while collaborating with other departments. Candidates need at least two years of stewarding leadership experience in a high-volume service environment, a Class 5 driver’s license, WHMIS certification, industrial machinery operation skills, and strong organizational, financial, and computer skills. The position pays $28.32 per hour at the start, with increases after six months and up to $31.10 after three years, and offers staff accommodation, meals, and medical, vision, and dental benefits for eligible full-time permanent employees.
