Description
The Dismantler dismantles vehicles in an automotive recycling operation, removes reusable parts, sorts and categorizes them for resale or recycling, maintains a safe and organized work area, documents the process, and reports issues. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic automotive knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and safe use of hand and power tools; prior vehicle dismantling or automotive repair experience, automotive technology certification, inventory management experience, and familiarity with environmental regulations are preferred.
