Dispatch Associate at Bright Event Rentals

The Dispatch Associate plans and manages delivery routes and the work of drivers and operations teams using GPS and routing software. The role responds to client and sales inquiries, resolves delivery issues, communicates urgent requests, explains equipment use, and supports the sales team. It requires strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, Microsoft Office, GPS software, availability for weekends and overtime, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
