Description
Baxter is hiring a permanent Dispatch Coordinator based in Coorparoo to oversee the packing and dispatch of Pharmacy and Nutrition products. The role coordinates transport, labels and packs goods, reconciles labels, tracks deliveries through IFS, Transvirtual, and Direct Couriers, resolves transport issues, identifies continuous improvement opportunities, and may perform production duties. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 1:00 pm to 9:06 pm and Friday from 11:00 am to 7:06 pm. Applications close on 12 September 2026.
