Charger Logistics is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator in San Pedro Sula, Honduras to coordinate and monitor northbound dispatches from the Laredo and Nuevo Laredo areas, support drivers, track pickups and deliveries, communicate with customer service and internal teams, update shipment systems, and help resolve operational issues. The role requires a college diploma or university degree, at least two years of customer service experience, logistics experience as an asset, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong time management and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
