Charger Logistics is hiring a bilingual Dispatch Coordinator in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The role coordinates and optimizes driver delivery schedules, dispatches loads, modifies routes, communicates freight requirements and directions to drivers, monitors vehicle locations and road conditions, updates customer portals and transportation events, supports safety compliance, resolves operational issues, and identifies cost-saving transportation planning opportunities. The position requires English and Spanish fluency, a college diploma or university degree, at least two years of customer service experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong problem-solving, time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills. It is a permanent position with Friday-to-Monday morning or evening shifts and private health insurance.
