The Dispatch Coordinator independently plans and dispatches international transport orders, creates transport-management-system documents, optimizes routes, monitors deliveries, and serves as the contact for customers and subcontractors. The role requires forwarding or logistics training, practical dispatch experience, strong organizational and communication skills, English, Russian, and Polish proficiency, and familiarity with forwarding systems and Microsoft Office.
