The Dispatch Coordinator plans and optimizes daily delivery routes, coordinates customer shipments and delivery dates, communicates with customers, drivers, and internal departments, monitors on-time delivery execution, and covers night-shift vacation and sick leave. The role requires commercial training or a comparable qualification, customer-service experience, MS Office and transport-management-system experience, German and English skills, and strong communication and reliability. The position offers a secure position, fair and timely pay, training opportunities, and professional support, with a minimum gross salary of €2,738.10 per month excluding allowances.
