Description
The Dispatch Coordinator supports the regional manager overseeing skilled-trade teams that install heat pumps across Germany. The role handles spontaneous coordination challenges, ad-hoc schedule changes, workforce deployment and capacity planning, and follow-up scheduling for internal trades teams. It requires organizational ability, composure, coordination skills, and at least one year of professional experience as a commercial dispatcher or in workforce deployment planning; technical heat-pump knowledge is not required. The position is based in Cologne with onsite work three days per week and offers flexible working hours and remote-work options.
