Via is hiring a Dispatch Lead to lead a frontline operations team responsible for customer support and real-time dispatching. The role manages team performance, staffing and scheduling, escalations, operational problem-solving, service metrics, technology use, and continuous improvement in partnership with local leadership. It is an in-person position in Park City five days per week, with possible weekend availability, and offers a salary range of $55,000 to $68,000 per year plus medical plans and 401K matching.
