Via is hiring a Dispatch Lead to lead a frontline operations team handling customer support and real-time dispatching. The role owns team performance, escalates complex issues, manages staffing and scheduling, coordinates dispatch resources, monitors service performance, and partners with Operations and other stakeholders to improve reliability and processes. It is an in-person position in Park City five days per week, with possible weekend availability, and offers a salary of $55,000 to $68,000 per year plus medical plans and 401K matching.
