Active Day is hiring a Dispatch Manager to oversee dispatch operations for non-emergency medical transportation. The role manages dispatch staff, trip scheduling, routing, real-time monitoring, compliance, customer service, and escalated service issues; it also coordinates with drivers, brokers, facilities, and other operations departments. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of dispatch, call center, paratransit, or transportation operations experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call support.
