Description
The Dispatch Manager will lead daily transportation and dispatch operations for a growing organization in the Lehigh Valley, coordinating drivers and dispatch personnel, optimizing routes and schedules, monitoring fleet activity, ensuring DOT and safety compliance, collaborating with customers and warehouse teams, tracking KPIs, and handling escalations and service recovery. The role requires at least three years of dispatch, transportation, logistics, or fleet management experience, with leadership experience preferred, along with strong communication, decision-making, TMS, GPS, and Microsoft Office skills.
