Description
The Dispatch Manager will lead daily transportation and dispatch operations for a growing organization in the Lehigh Valley, coordinating drivers and dispatch personnel, optimizing routes and schedules, monitoring fleet activity, ensuring DOT and safety compliance, supporting customer and warehouse operations, tracking KPIs, and handling escalations. The role requires at least three years of dispatch, transportation, logistics, or fleet management experience, with leadership experience preferred, along with strong communication, decision-making, and experience with TMS, dispatch software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office.
