Intellipro is hiring Dispatch Operations Specialists for on-site contract roles managing daily dispatch operations in an assigned region. The role coordinates 5–8 delivery service providers, monitors dispatch and pickup completion and on-time arrival metrics, resolves operational exceptions, conducts quality checks on pickup and drop-off documentation, supports route planning and inventory coordination, and participates in operational meetings and training. Candidates need logistics, transportation dispatch, or service provider management experience; e-commerce logistics experience is preferred. The role requires English fluency, weekend rotation, and overtime when necessary, with working hours of approximately 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM aligned to the assigned region's local time.
