Description
The Dispatch Operator Analyst plans and administers residential service routes and technical orders for Tigo Residencial, assigns technicians based on availability, proximity, order type, and available hours, and monitors schedule compliance, productivity, order quality, and operational problems. The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably technical support, a student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, basic to intermediate English, and proficiency with Excel and Office packages; AS400 knowledge is preferred. The position also requires analytical, innovative, and problem-solving skills.
