Description
The role selects, checks, sorts, and prepares plants for shipment in accordance with shipment criteria, FIFO procedures, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Responsibilities include monitoring shipment targets, supporting loading and unloading, and ensuring dispatch activities follow established schedules and rotations. The position requires at least SMA/SMK or equivalent education, physical ability to handle plants, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
