Description
Rockingham County is hiring a full-time Dispatch Operator to dispatch calls for service to 24 police and 18 fire/EMS departments. The role operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, maintains electronic call logs, provides geographical and incidental information to emergency units, and uses the NH State Police SPOTS system. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, pass background and drug testing, have no criminal record, and hold a high school diploma or GED. The position is full time, non-exempt, and union, with second-shift and third-shift differentials and weekend premiums.
