Description
The Dispatch/Provisioning Technician organizes, prioritizes, and distributes daily field-service assignments, responds to customer and technician calls, schedules and reschedules service visits, manages escalations, and manually provisions equipment. The role is part-time, with weekday evenings and Saturday shifts, and may require work from home or attendance at the Truvista office for training and follow-up. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while one to three years of related experience and industry experience are preferred; bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is a plus.
