Wind River Environmental is hiring a full-time, on-site Dispatch Representative in Douglassville, Pennsylvania to plan, route, and manage bulk-hauling truckloads throughout the day. The role coordinates drivers, customers, branch teams, and leadership; adjusts routes in response to cancellations, delays, equipment issues, traffic, and weather; manages urgent service needs; and supports after-hours dispatch coverage. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong routing and dispatch experience, and at least two years of relevant experience is preferred. The position pays $22.50–$23.50 per hour and includes medical and dental insurance, a matching 401(k), paid holidays, and paid time off.
