Odyssey Logistics is hiring an on-site Dispatch Supervisor in Berkeley, Illinois, to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules, dispatch and track shipments, plan routes and payloads, manage customer and carrier relationships, and directly supervise assigned Class A drivers. The role also supports driver hiring, training, performance management, compliance, and operational efficiency, with approximately 15% travel and rotating after-hours and weekend on-call coverage. A high school diploma or equivalent, 2–5 years of professional experience, prior driver or transportation-employee management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving skills are required; transportation, logistics, trucking, and warehousing experience is preferred. The base pay is $55,000–$65,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
