Unifi Aviation Canada, Inc. is hiring a full-time Dispatch Supervisor in Toronto to assign ramp teams to gates and manage aircraft movement, baggage, cargo, equipment, and ground-service operations. The role includes marshalling aircraft, coordinating with airline partners, monitoring flight schedules and delays, enforcing safety requirements, creating crew planners, and providing operational feedback. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, must be at least 18, and must obtain a fully cleared Restricted Area Identification Card and a YYC D/A AVOP; relevant aviation or ground-handling experience, PC-based application proficiency, and the ability to work rotating shifts and physically lift up to 70 pounds are preferred or required.
