The role coordinates service calls and deliveries, answers customer calls and emails, enters orders, communicates with technicians and customers, resolves work-order discrepancies, and provides job-completion details. The position requires organization, communication, time management, multitasking, problem-solving, Microsoft Office, a clean driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds; bilingual English and Spanish ability and Tire Guru experience are preferred.
