MedFlight is hiring a full-time Dispatcher – Air & Ground (Communications Specialist) in Dublin, Ohio. The role coordinates emergency and non-emergency medical transport requests for rotor-wing and ground units, assigns resources, tracks active units, maintains mission records, and supports incident plans and field operations. The position offers rotating 12-, 10-, and 8-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with base pay of $20.15 per hour plus applicable shift differentials. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while Ohio EMT certification, Emergency Medical Dispatcher certification, and Certified Flight Communicator certification are required or preferred depending on hiring timing; at least two years of relevant EMS, law enforcement, critical care, or air medical dispatching experience is preferred.
