The role supports the Operations department by creating and maintaining security guard schedules, dispatching personnel to client sites, responding to emergencies and staffing shortages, coordinating with guards, supervisors, clients, and management, documenting incidents, and supporting scheduling, attendance, payroll, and customer-service functions. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of security-industry or related experience, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
