Description
The Dispatcher organizes daily equipment dispatch for a branch, scheduling delivery and pickup routes, coordinating rental contracts and paperwork, preparing vehicles and loads, performing inventory and vehicle inspections, notifying customers, conducting safety meetings, reviewing DOT paperwork, and tracking repairs and registrations. The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years of dispatcher experience, preferably in construction or industrial equipment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
