Description
HPC-Industrial is hiring a permanent full-time Dispatcher to support internal and external customer requests and troubleshooting. The role manages and dispatches daily schedules for a seasonal labor pool, coordinates onboarding, training, travel, and employee communications, maintains personnel and training records, supports labor-pool systems, and ensures compliance with hours-of-service and safety requirements. The position requires high-volume recruitment or onboarding experience, customer-service experience, Windows and Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong communication and multitasking skills, and potential overnight travel to sites.
