Description
The Dispatcher supports dnata Catering’s transportation and flight-catering operations by processing customer information, handling last-minute requests, coordinating with field operations and the catering facility, preparing production and boarding documents, building cargo flights, and maintaining shift reports and timekeeping. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of transportation dispatching and customer-service experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and English reading and writing skills.
