EquipmentShare is hiring a Dispatcher for its rental facility in Stockton, California. The role coordinates customer dispatch requests, schedules drivers for equipment pickups and deliveries, monitors driver hours and availability, and maintains customer service. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours. The salary range is $19.50-$30, and the position requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, construction equipment and rental-industry knowledge, and preferably 1-2 years of general dispatch experience.
