The role maintains aircraft schedules, enters maintenance data, coordinates with maintenance, invoices customers and employees, audits flight logs, uses aviation radio and multi-line phones, and supports dispatch-office organization. A high school diploma is required, while a valid driver's license, general aviation knowledge, and a private pilot license are preferred.
