Diamond is hiring a Dispatcher to coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical field operations. The role involves dispatching technicians, managing schedules and on-call rosters, answering customer and technician calls, scheduling estimates and service calls, coordinating with managers and sales teams, resolving customer concerns, handling permits and inspections, processing invoices and warranties, tracking inventory, and following up on customer balances. The position requires strong problem-solving, multitasking, communication, organization, customer service, and adaptability; experience with ServiceTitan, dispatching, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus.
