The dispatcher will monitor drivers’ planned routes, adjust or reschedule incomplete orders, solve ad hoc problems, plan resources and teams, and ensure Veolia’s safety rules are followed. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong organization, communication, stress resistance, cost awareness, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work rotating shifts; SAP knowledge is a plus.
