Description
MTM is hiring Dispatchers for a work-from-home role paying $16.00 per hour, with first- and second-shift availability including some weekend work. The role routes and schedules third-party transportation providers and drivers, assigns same-day and urgent trips, monitors on-time performance, documents provider issues, and escalates unscheduled trips. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, residence in an approved state, at least one year of call center experience, and six months of customer service experience; transportation routing, dispatching, scheduling, transit scheduling systems, GPS and GIS knowledge, and scheduling software are preferred or beneficial.
