Prairie Field Services is hiring a Dispatcher in Casper, Wyoming to coordinate transportation operations by scheduling and dispatching drivers, preparing daily plans, monitoring loads and deliveries, resolving delays and scheduling conflicts, maintaining records, supporting drivers and customers, and optimizing routes with logistics and operations teams. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, dispatch software and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work the 5:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule on a 4/3–3/4 rotation. Previous dispatching, logistics, trucking, or transportation experience is preferred, and the salary is $20–$22 per hour depending on experience.
