La Lorraine Bakery Group is hiring a Transport Dispatcher to schedule and monitor routes for approximately 50 drivers, support drivers and customers, manage attendance and transport documentation, oversee safety and quality compliance, report KPIs, and maintain relationships with external transport providers. The role follows a fixed early shift from 3:30 a.m. to 11:38 a.m., with support during peak periods, and offers a permanent contract with shift and weekend premiums, meal vouchers, insurance, a salary bonus, and additional vacation days.
