Description
The Dispatcher manages towing resources and vehicle pickups and deliveries, assigning work, planning truck capacity, coordinating with tow towers, monitoring costs and performance, providing driver documentation, and escalating transportation issues. The role also recruits tow towers, maintains relationships with drivers and the IAA Transportation team, and follows safety and company policies. Candidates need at least two years of customer service experience and one year of direct dispatch experience.
