The Funeral Home Dispatch and Scheduling Coordinator schedules funeral-home and care-center resources, dispatches vehicles and associates for removals, visitations, transfers, and memorial services, processes paperwork and records, manages location inventory, and provides customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a current valid driver’s license, and at least six months of scheduling or logistics experience.
