Select Water Solutions is hiring a full-time Dispatcher for its trucking business unit. The role assigns drivers to trucks, provides directions to well-site locations, communicates with drivers and customers through phone, GPS, and two-way radios, monitors dispatch operations, and supports hiring, performance, disciplinary, and emergency functions. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment; oil-and-gas trucking, prior dispatch, and CDL experience are preferred.
