Select Water Solutions is hiring a full-time Dispatcher for its trucking business unit. The role assigns drivers to trucks, provides directions to well-site locations, communicates with drivers and customers through phone, GPS, and two-way radios, monitors dispatch operations, and supports hiring, performance, disciplinary, and emergency functions. The position pays $26–$28 per hour, requires a high school diploma or GED, and prefers oil-and-gas trucking, dispatch, and CDL experience.
