Description
The School Bus Dispatcher directs and monitors daily driver and bus-assistant assignments, schedules routes and vehicles, coordinates emergency responses and mechanical repairs, maintains route and vehicle records, and handles customer concerns. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, dispatch experience is preferred, geographic knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, radio and computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
