Description
The client is hiring a Dispatcher for Building Services Equipment (SHK) in Berlin to plan and schedule customer-service fitters, maintenance technicians, support staff, and apprentices; create route plans; schedule maintenance appointments and orders; monitor working hours and budgets; place material orders; communicate with customers; and serve as the main contact for field-service teams. The role requires vocational training, SHK specialist knowledge, personnel-scheduling or team-assistant experience, MS Office proficiency, and very good German. It is a permanent full-time position with compensation up to EUR 4,000.
