Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Dispatcher for Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia. The role coordinates and monitors patient transportation services, manages customer transportation requests, provides customer service, directs transporters, monitors service completion, resolves complaints, and serves as a liaison between Patient Transportation and other departments. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with online applications accepted and pay of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. Prior patient transporter and dispatch experience is required, and full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
