TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Dispatcher for Patient Transportation at Seton Medical Austin. The role coordinates and monitors patient transportation requests, provides customer service, directs transporters, monitors service completion, resolves complaints, and serves as a liaison between Patient Transportation and other departments. No previous experience is required, and the schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. The pay range is $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, and applications are accepted online on an ongoing basis until the opening is filled.
