Description
USPack is hiring a Dispatcher, (LS Tower) to serve as a liaison between customers, independent contractors, and internal departments for Healthcare and Life Science clients. The role handles inbound communications, processes delivery orders, assigns and monitors shipments, supports contractors, maintains documentation and proof-of-delivery records, tracks GPS shipments, investigates service interruptions, and generates operational reports. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, problem-solving, Microsoft Office and CRM/database proficiency, and at least 2–3 years of relevant experience; a high school diploma is required, an associate’s degree is preferred, and Life Science employees must complete TSA security requirements and certifications. The permanent schedule is Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, with shifts from 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., and pays $20 per hour.
